- (14) To recommend to the General Conference the number of representative areas and the boundaries of such areas for the election of representatives to the General Board (1590:12); to recommend to the General Conference the assignment of the districts to educational areas for the support of the educational institutions (1590:14) and in the interim of General Conference sessions to assign new districts to the proper area (2450).
