- (44) End the state of discipline for a district, by a majority vote of all the members of the General Board, when the offense has been removed to the satisfaction of said majority (Gen. Bd. Policy on Ch. Disc. 5365), or to authorize the reorganization of a district (Gen. Bd. Policy on Ch. Disc. 5375-5380).
