5218. The district board of review shall organize itself, elect its own officers, and keep complete records of all proceedings (cf. 2016 Wesleyan Discipline:5056). The board shall also be authorized to cite any member(s), minister(s) or local church(es) to appear and to testify (2016 Wesleyan Discipline:5036–5038). The records of the district board of review shall be placed in the custody of the district superintendent.
