2382. The Wesleyan Seminary Foundation is the Church educational agency. Its connection with a particular institution, the official agreement between The Wesleyan Church and the institution, and consequent policies and programs shall be determined as provided by the General Board. The Foundation shall be under the direction of the Executive Director of Education and Clergy Development.
