The general regulations set forth in this chapter shall be binding on all trustees and their governing bodies of The Wesleyan Church, whether local, district or General Church, including all institutions, subsidiary corporations, and similar bodies, unless otherwise stated in The Discipline or in the articles of incorporation and bylaws governing such trustees.
