5200. Those ordinarily subject to district jurisdiction include the following persons:

(1) An ordained, commissioned or licensed minister.
(2) A ministerial student.
(3) A commissioned or licensed special worker.
(4) A supply pastor.
(5) An interim pastor.
(6) A district officer.
(7) A lay member whose matter has been assumed by the district (5020:2:3).
