- (21) To serve as or to establish a separate district board of evangelism and church growth as set forth in 2016 Wesleyan Discipline:1413-1423, taking a special interest in and responsibility for developing, supervising, and promoting an aggressive program of district evangelism and church growth, and to cooperate in such endeavor with the General Superintendent and the Executive Director of Church Multiplication and Discipleship.
