The articles of incorporation and bylaws for the incorporation of a district, and any amendments thereto, shall be according to the standard provisions in 2016 Wesleyan Discipline:4120 and any other pertinent requirements as set forth in The Discipline, and shall be subject to the approval of the General Board (2016 Wesleyan Discipline:1655:35).
