The International Board shall meet in an organizing meeting immediately following The International Conference and then again just prior to the next International Conference. The chair of The International Conference shall be the chair of the International Board. In case of emergency, exigency, or special circumstances, the chair shall have authority to call additional meetings of the International Board in consultation with the International Board of General Superintendents.
