- district conference action committee (2016 Wesleyan Discipline:1165-1168)—election may be delegated to the district board of administration
- district conference nominating committee (2016 Wesleyan Discipline:1172-1175)
- district spiritual formation director (2016 Wesleyan Discipline:1460; cf. 2016 Wesleyan Discipline:1483)
