1990. The general officials (2016 Wesleyan Discipline:1800) shall be ex officio members of the Executive Cabinet with responsibility for internal cooperation and to provide leadership in keeping with the General Board Policy for the Executive Cabinet (cf. 2016 Wesleyan Discipline:1655:30). All members of the Executive Cabinet shall be available to attend the meetings of the General Board except for executive sessions, and shall be invited to speak to any issue.
