4405. Government. All matters pertaining to Wesleyan Pension Fund Inc shall be administered by a Board of Pensions who shall govern Wesleyan Pension Fund Inc in accord with The Discipline (4570) and its articles of incorporation and bylaws. The Board of Pensions is amenable to the General Board.
